Titanya Dahlin demnstrates some easy techniques with poi balls. Titanya lived in Fiji as a child and learned a lot of polynesian dance as well as becoming proficient in poi balls. She also sells them on her website. Hers are different from mine. I have made the sock type, and the length is shorter so children can manage them.
