Selenite is a wonderful stone used in my practice to restore correct energetic flow in muscles, meridians, chakras and virtually any structure in the energy body. I also use it to gather up excess energies released during a session. Use yours over areas in the body that feel stiff or painful to the touch. May help with pain; it does for me!
