Spleen Meridian feeds the Spleen and the Pancreas, and is involved with digestion, metabolism, distribution of resources, valves, movement of blood and chi and more. Emotionally it is involved with our capacity for compassion and for self-esteem. There are so many ways to support it and make sure the chi flows abundantly, and we’ll play with many of them. We’ll use physical and mental and emotional and spiritual avenues, and learn to love ourselves through this beautiful Yin Earth energy.
I’m actually not sure how four hours is enough for exploring this abundant energy, which also functions as a Radiant Circuit. But we’ll have fun trying!
